¶ Monni role position
This guide will explain why high position in the role hierarchy is important, how it affects Monni and how to change it.
¶ What is role position?
In discord role position in hierarchy defines who can do actions on who. Lower people in hierarchy cannot affect people higher up in the hierarchy. The actions which are affected by hierarchy include but are not limited to managing roles, nicknames and moderation actions.
Owner is always on top of the hierachy. This cannot be changed.
¶ How can I change role position?
Open discord server settings. Then select role section.
Once role section is open drag role Monni above other roles.
¶ Why is role position important?
Role position in hierarchy affect what actions can be done on who. In case of Monni if the role position isn’t correct we will be unable to assign roles, manage nicknames or handle moderation actions for you.
